About The RaceMore
Set in the heart of Cardiff’s historic Bay, the Brecon Carreg Cardiff Bay 10K is a flat, fast and friendly event for all abilities. The popular race, which attracts some of the UK’s top athletes, boasts a stunning course around Cardiff Bay.
The route takes in all of Cardiff Bay’s most iconic landmarks, starting and finishing in Roald Dahl Plass and passing the Wales Millennium Centre, Mermaid Quay, the Pierhead Building, Senedd, Porth Teigr and the Cardiff Bay Barrage.
It’s a perfect challenge for elite and club athletes as well as those looking to keep fit, raise money for charity or take on their first 10K!
A 2025 date is not yet set for the Brecon Carreg Cardiff Bay 10K. Discussions are ongoing with Cardiff Council around the feasibility of a 10K route whilst development work takes place in preparation for a new indoor arena/tram line.

If the Brecon Carreg Cardiff Bay 10K is launched at a later date for 2025, participants will be able to access equivalent entry discounts to those offered for the launch of the 10K Series.

Date & Time: 2025 Date TBC. The 10K begins at 11:00am, the Junior Races start at 09:30am.

What’s Included: 10K race entry includes a finishers medal, technical race t-shirt and live tracking through the Run 4 Wales app. Family Fun Run entry includes a commemorative medal.
