We all know staying hydrated when we exercise is important which is why Brecon Carreg, the title sponsor of this year’s Cardiff Bay 10K, is awarding one lucky child the chance to win a water supply for their school sport’s day.
Run 4 Wales will also be offering the winner 10 free junior race entries for themselves and members of their class to take part in another of its Next Gen events.
To be in with a chance of winning, all you have to do is share your favourite photo from this year’s Brecon Carreg Cardiff Bay 10K Junior races on social media and tag us in it.
